What services do you offer?

We specialize in post-construction and post-remodel cleaning, offering detailed dust removal, light debris pickup, and surface polishing. Our team ensures properties are safe, clean, and ready for inspection, staging, or turnover.

How do I book a cleaning?

You can book directly through our website or by calling or texting us. We recommend scheduling 24–48 hours in advance when possible.

Do you provide deep cleaning?

Yes. Our deep cleaning is tailored for construction and remodel projects. It includes fine dust removal, detailed baseboard and trim cleaning, inside cabinetry, light fixtures, and elimination of adhesive residue, paint overspray, and construction grime.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Absolutely. We provide all necessary commercial-grade supplies and tools. If you have site-specific preferences, just let us know.

Is your team trained?

Yes. All team members are trained specifically for post-construction environments and must demonstrate field experience before working independently.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, ACH transfers (1% processing fee), as well as Venmo and PayPal. Credit card payments carry a 3% processing fee. Invoices are issued upon job completion unless otherwise arranged.

What’s your availability?

We’re available seven days a week to align with your project timeline, including phased cleaning or final-stage detailing before handover.

How much notice is required?

We recommend 24–48 hours’ notice, especially for larger projects. In urgent situations, we may be able to accommodate last-minute requests based on availability. An expedited service fee may apply.

How do you ensure quality?

Our teams follow a detailed post-construction checklist, receive ongoing training, and are subject to periodic inspections. We encourage feedback to ensure satisfaction.

What if something isn’t cleaned to our standards?

Let us know within 24 hours. We’ll return promptly to address any concerns and ensure the job is completed to your expectations.

Do you charge cancellation fees?

Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice may incur a 50% fee to cover crew scheduling and dispatch. Larger jobs may have different terms, outlined in your service agreement.

Are there extra fees?

Additional charges may apply for excessive debris, specialty residue removal, or urgent bookings. All fees are disclosed and approved before service begins.

Are you insured?

Yes. Construction Property Maids is fully insured with General Liability and Workers’ Compensation coverage. We prioritize safety and transparency on every site.

What if something is damaged or missing?

Our team operates with integrity and accountability. Any issues found onsite are documented and reported. If something is discovered after our service, contact us immediately. We will assess the situation fairly and resolve it based on the conditions of service and available evidence.
