After more than 10 years in the cleaning industry, one thing became clear, my clients needed more than just a regular cleaning.
Again and again, I was getting calls from loyal customers asking, “Do you do post-construction cleanups?” or “Can you handle this remodel cleanup?” And at first, we would try to squeeze it in. But the truth is, construction cleaning is a completely different world.

So, I launched Construction Property Maids, a company 100% dedicated to post-construction and remodel cleaning.
But I didn’t just stop there. I got certified in construction cleaning best practices, and I made sure our team did too. We follow IICRC standards, comply with OSHA regulations, and have IEHA-certified professionals on our team.

Yes. Our deep cleaning is tailored for construction and remodel projects. It includes fine dust removal, detailed baseboard and trim cleaning, inside cabinetry, light fixtures, and elimination of adhesive residue, paint overspray, and construction grime.
Absolutely. We provide all necessary commercial-grade supplies and tools. If you have site-specific preferences, just let us know.
Yes. All team members are trained specifically for post-construction environments and must demonstrate field experience before working independently.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, ACH transfers (1% processing fee), as well as Venmo and PayPal. Credit card payments carry a 3% processing fee. Invoices are issued upon job completion unless otherwise arranged.
We’re available seven days a week to align with your project timeline, including phased cleaning or final-stage detailing before handover.
We recommend 24–48 hours’ notice, especially for larger projects. In urgent situations, we may be able to accommodate last-minute requests based on availability. An expedited service fee may apply.
Our teams follow a detailed post-construction checklist, receive ongoing training, and are subject to periodic inspections. We encourage feedback to ensure satisfaction.
Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice may incur a 50% fee to cover crew scheduling and dispatch. Larger jobs may have different terms, outlined in your service agreement.
